Joyful Christmas

I fell in love with the New Holiday Catalog, there are so many great items to decorate the season with. Did you download the Layar App, if not the direction are on page 5 of the Holiday Catalog. I think this is the greatest thing just scan a page with the Layar Symbol and watch a video anywhere that you have your phone and catalog; it's so totally awesome! 

Last Saturday I held the first Holiday Bash which featured the Holiday Catalog. We had a great group of ladies that spent the day stamping and creating many different holiday items.Over my next few post I will be showing you some of the projects that we made. 

The ladies made two cards using the Joyful Christmas Stamp set. On this card we stamped the poinsettia on the DSP Winter Frost Stack and layered on Whisper White CS that was embossed with the Pretty Print Embossing Folder.

I love the 3-D effect that happens when you layer the poinsettia.

Convention 2013

It's been a month since convention but I still wanted to share.

It really is hard to describe Convention, there is nothing like being there and experiencing the excitement, energy and love that is shared. So I’m not going to try but I will share a few pictures.

Sarah and I meet in 2009 at Convention; she is from Danbury, CT we first meet on a Yahoo SU Group board and decided to meet when we arrived at convention that year. We became good friends right away and continue to stay in contact throughout the years.

Florida Tax Holiday

If you live in Florida today is the start of a 3 day Tax Holiday for school supplies. This also means that some Stampin' Up! product fall into a school supply category, yahooooo! How awesome is that no tax on the following items.
